Product Description

SUN PRDP-MEN Pilot-Operated, Pressure Reducing/Relieving Valve

The SUN PRDP-MEN is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type pressure reducing/relieving valve. Its primary function is to reduce a high primary pressure at the inlet (port 2) to a consistently lower, regulated pressure at port 1. This valve incorporates a full-flow relief function, diverting flow from port 1 to the tank (port 3) when the pressure at port 1 exceeds the valve setting. It is designed for use in hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure control and protection against overpressure conditions in the reduced pressure line.
